Under what circumstances are you offered returns and refunds?
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to give you a refund for any of the following reasons:
The product is flawed.
The print quality is poor.
The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.
What are you required to do?
The return process can be expedited by providing us a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include through email [email protected]. Our customer support team will review your claim in less than 24 hours in weekdays.
How long are you allowed to send us your return request?
We have only approved the return request sent us via email within 20 days since you received the product. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When can you expect a refund?
After receiving the returning product, we will issue the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
How long can you get your money back?
You are expected to wait for 2 working days for getting back your money after your return request has accepted.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
